Positive Affirmations
Imposter Syndrome , not good enough, no time. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemies. We can be supportive, compassionate and encouraging towards others, but are discouraging towards ourselves. I have to say I have been very hesitant to start writing and putting myself out here on this page.
Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations are statements or mantras you can use to change your mental thoughts and habits. They replace negative beliefs with positive ones and can help change our thought patterns. So I thought we could start with some positive affirmations to start off my entry into this world. For me, and for anyone that needs to hear it.
- I am not afraid to try something new
- I will not be afraid to put myself out there
- I can do Hard Things
- I am Confident
- I am getting better every day
- I am enough
I’m going to repeat these daily, out loud to myself. What are you saying to yourself to change your thought patterns and be positive?
