Welcome to “Internal Yatra,” where I invite you to join me on a transformative journey to inner peace.

I started Internal Yatra, because I saw a need for stress-reduction and mindfulness strategies in the children and adults that I worked with as an Occupational therapist and the difficulties I see in my yoga students, to carry their learning outside the yoga studio. My passion lies in bring mindfulness to our every day lives and making it easy for all of us to do, even if its for just one minute a day!
