Welcome to “Internal Yatra.” I’m a mother of three, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and a Registered Yoga Teacher.
I started this space to share easy mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques, inspired by my work with children, adults, and yoga students. My goal is to make mindfulness simple and accessible, even if it’s just for one minute a day.
